I do not recommend changing the word to “five.” It means something is “five,” as in “five minutes and 45 seconds. It could mean anything from a five minute trip to a five minute nap. You don’t have to go two hours into your day and twenty minutes into your day.” I know it sounds ridiculous, but that’s the beauty of the word.
Just because you have a word for something does not mean that it is a word. You can use a word with a number in it, but it still means something completely different. If you have a word that means 5, you can use that word as a number in the word, and still get a number out of it. So I would suggest that we might be better off going with 5.
